Alpe d'Huez Houses offers this lovely and very well-designed 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Old Alpe, just above the local restaurants and shops. Located in the unique L'ALASKA residence, the access is rather narrow, but the apartment is cleverly laid out and optimized. It measures 42m² and offers two proper bedrooms with storage. Each has its own shower room and toilet. The living area offers a view of Old Alpe, a lounge area with a TV, Wi-Fi throughout, and a fully equipped kitchenette with:
- a 4-burner hob,
- a conventional oven,
- a microwave,
- a washing machine,
- a dishwasher.

The advantages:
- The ski lifts are 200m away (Alpe Express and Télécentre) and the Grande Sur chairlift is 200m away on the other side of the street.
- Close proximity to all shops and the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood (restaurants, butcher, baker, sports shops, café, tourist office).

The downsides:
- no balcony-style outdoor space, but plenty of windows and an open view of the village.
- a basic ski locker that can easily hold four pairs of skis.

Free street parking is available. The nearest covered parking garage is the Coulet or Jeux car park. We have partnerships with two ski rental shops in winter. They're located directly across from the apartment.
