The individual 6-room chalet has 130m2 of living space and can accommodate 8 to 10 people and 3 young children. Located in the Vieil Alpe district, facing south, this chalet has a terrace with garden furniture.

- The ground floor has a beautiful living room (2 large sofas and a TV) opening onto a large south-facing balcony. On this floor there are also two bedrooms; a large one with a double bed and a child's bed and a smaller one with a double bed. Independent WC and a bathroom with shower complete the floor.
- The 1st floor hosts the large living room (dining room, equipped American kitchen and breakfast area) which also opens onto a large south-facing balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, oven, raclette machine, toaster, etc.
- The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Above is the attic with 2 double beds (ideal for children).
At your arrival, you will be able to taste the mythical beer "La 21", it owes its name to the famous 21 bends of the Alpe d'Huez ascent made famous by the flagship stage of the Tour de France.

The rate includes the supply of sheets and towels. Beds made on arrival, we provide one towel per person as well as hand dryers, tea towels and bath mats.
