L'Espérance: Bistronomy at its heart
L'Espérance offers generous cuisine with a strong sense of identity; flavours of yesteryear sublimated with modernity. It is inspired by original cuisine, that which draws on the richness of a unique culinary heritage while adding the elegance and exacting standards of bistronomy. Conceived as an ode to French terroir, L'Espérance invites you to enjoy an authentic, contemporary culinary experience.
Les Mas'Hauts: modernised authenticity
The Mas'Hauts, small wood and glass chalets on the terrace of L'Espérance, were inspired by the Savoyard mazots used by our ancestors as larders. They were used to store salted meats, cereals and other foodstuffs to get through the harsh winters. We wanted to preserve the mountain spirit of these mazots, inviting you to enjoy an authentic, modernised, warm and gourmet experience through a cuisine of mountain specialities.

La Ferme d'Hubert stands for sustainable gastronomy: a short circuit that reflects its respect for the terroir of the Isère and the wealth of local produce. It draws its inspiration from nature, evolving with the seasons. It is instinctive, raw and demanding, just like the mountains that surround it. La Ferme d'Hubert showcases an Alpine cuisine where gardens and vegetable patches, lakes and rivers, pastures and meadows invite you to take an initiatory stroll, the first step towards discovering Alpinothérapie®.

The heart of our home is where residents and visitors converge. Like an obvious passageway, it is an invitation to conviviality, to the sweetness of life, to gourmet pleasures; from morning coffee, to afternoon tea, to aperitifs. Aux Grands Rouges changes with the hours, taking with it the light from outside. Like an echo of its coppery décor, reminiscent of dolomite, the rock that makes the peaks glow, from which the Grandes Rousses massif owes its name.

The Spa des Alpes invites you to melt into a cocoon of softness, to treat yourself to a suspended moment, out of time, to share or to savour for yourself. With its 350 m2 and seven treatment rooms, including one for two, our spa invites residents and visitors alike to enjoy each area as they wish: sensory pool, solid copper baths, state-of-the-art cryotherapy equipment, experience showers, ice fountain, sauna, steam room, herbal tea room. Alpinothérapie®: a holistic approach to well-being
Practised exclusively at Spa des Alpes, Alpinothérapie® is to the mountains what Thalassotherapy is to the sea. This concept capitalises on five fundamental mountain elements: altitude, cold, light, minerals and plants. Together, they are used for curative or preventive purposes to relieve the locomotor system, for well-being and to get back into shape. A programme combining physical and spiritual activities in the mountain pastures to (re)connect with nature, and body therapies including massage, oligotherapy and cryotherapy, combined with the Gemology cosmetics line.
