Good physical condition - At least 11 years old

Equipment required

Glacier hike: rigid hiking boots with good ankle support (available for rent from "La Montagne Sport" in Bourg d'Oisans) + trousers + wind breaker or fleece + thin gloves + hat + poles + back pack with water bottle (at least 1l/person) + picnic + sun cream
